东航物流是东航集团旗下的现代综合物流服务企业，也是中国民航企业第一个转型为现代航空物流服务集成商的国有航空运输企业。2017年6月，东航产投作为东航物流第一大股东，高效完成其混改工作，东航物流成为国家民航领域混合所有制改革试点首家落地企业。本次混改通过国有和非国有航空物流全产业链的业务整合，有利于进一步打造航空物流行业生态圈，与战略投资者在物流运输、物流仓储、物流产业生态圈构建等方面开展“资本+产业”的深度战略协同与业务合作。

In June 2017, as the largest shareholder of Eastern Airlines Logistics, The Company helped it to promote the ‘mixed-ownership reform’ actively and efficiently. As a result, Eastern Airlines Logistics became the first enterprise in China’s civil aviation industry to launch the “mixed-ownership” structure successfully.
